The oldest residential neighborhoods in the city, built between 1946 and the early 1970s. A master planned community built from 2003 through 2008 around the Aliante Golf Course. Larger homes, three car garages on many lots, and a 55 plus community at Sun City Aliante. A lot of the original doors are approaching the end of their design cycle and the openers from the mid 2000s are starting to fail. Smart opener upgrades are common here.
Eldorado and the 215 north corridor (89081)
1990s and early 2000s tract homes with standard double doors and early LiftMaster or Genie openers. Sensor failures and logic board issues are the most common call pattern on these older openers.
Park Highlands, Villa Trieste, Valley Vista, Tule Springs (89084, 89085, 89086)
The newest builds in the valley, from 2015 forward. Tall modern doors, dual layer insulated construction, smart openers with Wi Fi standard. These doors rarely fail, but when they do it is usually a sensor alignment, a cable off the drum, or a damaged panel from a car bump. Warranty service is common.
Nellis AFB area (89115, 89191)
